About Lara

Pilates really became a key turning point for me after falling off a horse and then dealing with the compounded stress of dancing and running. Pilates helped me not only recover but to also find a path to teaching and helping others.  It is one of those practices that truly transforms how you move and perceive your body, especially when dealing with injuries or chronic pain.  What began as a tool for rehabilitation quickly evolved into a deeper exploration of movement and increased body awareness.

I believe Pilates isn’t just about exercise, it’s about applying the Principles of Pilates to your day to day life; Relaxation, Concentration, Coordination, Alignment, Breathing and Centering, Flowing movements and Stamina.  Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practicing Pilates for years, my online courses are designed to meet you where you are, support your progress, and help you create lasting change. 

Pilates Classes

Group online Pilates classes
Classes are one hour long and run in blocks of six weeks.  A block of six consecutive group sessions costs 48 Euros.  Sign up for a block!

If you're unable to join a session per week, you can drop in for 10 Euros per session, providing space is available.  Drop in below!

Private online Pilates classes
These sessions are also an hour long and specifically tailored to suit individual needs to focus on personal goals or specific areas of improvement.   The cost for a private session is 24 Euros.  Book your session with Lara today!

FAQ's

How do I join online live Pilates Classes?

As soon as you sign up you will receive the weekly timetable and zoom links. Our live classes are interactive on zoom, it's better to see you and to be able to chat and asses your needs prior to the class, but you can keep your camera off if you prefer, though it's not recommended and at your own risk.

How many classes should I do a week ?

This is very personal and differs from person to person but I would start with two classes a week especially if you're a beginner. The aim is to get into the habit of doing a bit of Pilates every day, say 20 minutes, so it becomes a part of your lifestyle.

I am a complete beginner, where do I start ?

I would always recommend a private session to beginners or people with injuries. There is also a pre recorded basic Pilates course which is available to purchase.
